The Curriculum Organiser is an electronic curriculum planning and organising tool for a wide range of teachers. Curriculum Organiser can be used differently by teachers at different stages of their career:

Beginning Teachers
Graduates, re-entry teachers and teachers new to the system can use the Curriculum Organiser as a Teacher's Starter Kit - The Safety Net. The program clearly outlines the system expectations. It provides examplar that are classroom ready and can be used immediately.
It is a springboard for teachers independent planning, providing a sound foundation and the capacity to develop personal plans that may be appropriate to the current group of students.
The prepared documents were prepared by teachers to be the basis for programs and lesson plans. Beginning teachers may choose from the existing plans and use them in the following ways.
Experienced Teachers
Experienced teachers current plans are valued. They continue to be the basis for classroom planning.
Curriculum Organiser can be used as a resource to stimulate new ideas.
Experienced teachers also have the ICT tools to create their own curriculum. The software enables the experienced teacher to upload and connect a range of documents from many sources.
This vast reservoir of resources can then be adapted, connected, created and developed to further enhance the learning program.

The consistent formats and planning document flow enables teachers to work together in a cooperative way, each contributing to the resources of the team members.
