Modules

The course comprises 5 modules, each of approximately 1-4 hours:

M1. Understand curriculum design. Answer the key questions of:  why we teach, what, when, how, with-what, so what, how well.

M2. Examine the system requirements.   What is to be taught, when.                          Creating Scope and Sequence charts

M3. Preparing learning programs. Learning area units. ‘How, with-what’  

M4. Creating schedules and checklists.

M5. Choosing the assessment tasks and criteria for standards. ‘So-what, How well’.

 

Audience:  Teachers, curriculum leaders and parents

Delivery mode:  self-paced, interactive and supported

Access: Open to all teachers from all States

Assessment:  Submit relevant plans to verify.
