ERS strives to design and deliver programs in flexible formats that are suitable for your organisation.
Methods of delivery
Flexible methods of delivery include:
• Face to face courses / workshops
• Online, independent learning courses. Participants log on are progress at own rate.
• Online ‘Webinars’. Desk top to desk top demonstrations. Participants can replicate the activities on personal computers.
• Online competency development courses. E.G Video instructions on skills for using ICT.
• In class or in school support programs: coaching, modelling
Face to Face Courses:
• Twilight courses e.g. after school for 1.5 hours
• Within school sessions e.g. learning session / period, during the day or part day
• Half day courses
• Full day courses
• Evening sessions
• Weekend courses
• Ongoing, regular scheduled sessions for a period of time e.g. Two year implementation plan.
Online Courses:
• Scheduled courses, located on the calendar – invitations to participate
• Non-schedules courses. Flexible, individual participation
Locations
Programs can be conducted:
• On-site – within the school
• Off-site - in conference facilities / venues
• Collegiate groups – homes
• Universities
