I opened the Curriculum Organiser but when I click on any of the documents, nothing displays except for blank screen. Can you help me?

The most likely cause of this problem is that Adobe Reader is not installed or the version that's installed is too old. Go to the Adobe website and download the latest version of Adobe Reader- it's free. Once the program is installed, you will need to restart your computer and you should find that everything is now working.

In the meantime, you can change your preview setting option by:

1) Clicking on your username in the top left hand corner
2) Clicking Edit then Settings in right window
3) Selecting a new preview format (HTML for fast loading pages or DOC for a more accurate preview)
