You must follow this procedure to access the TOPS website.

· Go to the SSTUWA website.

· Log on to the Union site using your Union number and password.

· Click the TOPS image (see image below)

· Click on "Click Here to Open TOPS"  

· You will automatically go to the TOPS site.

· Logon to the TOPS site using your TOPS username and password.

You are then able to see the contents tree and access your documents.   

Problems with log on to Union site 

1. Check that you are using the correct username (Union number) and password.

2. Check that you have registered (completed the registration by replying to the confirmation email to complete the registration).
