When I try to log in it says "Access Denied". What do I do?
There are a few situations that could cause this problem.
Incorrect Username / Password
Make sure your username and password are properly capitalised, as the system is case-sensitive.
Temporary Glitch
You may have experienced a temporary glitch, if this is the case you can fix it by simply restarting your Internet Explorer browser.
Invalid Session
If you were using the Online Curriculum Organiser and closed your Internet Explorer browser without logging out, when you try to go back to it you might get this error. At the bottom of the error screen find and click on the Curriculum Organiser link (see the image below). This should result in your previous session re-loading.
To prevent this problem from occurring, ensure you log out at the end of each session.
