Edit a Document

Answer

1. Hold down the option key on the bottom left side of keyboard or right click if you have a two button mouse.

 

 

2. Click on View Document in Microsoft Word. This will open up the following window.

 

 

3. Select the URL as I have in the above window and copy it.

4. Paste the URL into the search engine that you are using in Safari / Firefox / Opera ect and hit return.

 

 

5. The document is placed in a downloads window where it can be opened and edited to suit your needs.
