Why Can't I Access TOPS?

I am having great difficulty accessing TOPS. I have successfully set up the trusted site but when I try to log in using my union number and my password it won't allow access. Could you please help?

There are a number of things that might be preventing you from accessing TOPS.

Incorrect Username / Password 

Make sure you are using the correct username and password to log in. They are both case sensitive. Remember that your Union website login and password are NOT your TOPS login details.

Log in Procedure 

1. Log into the Union site with your log in details for that site. 
2. Click on the TOPS link picture (see image below)



3. Click on the link Click Here To Open TOPS
4. Log into Curriculum Organiser with the details in the automatic email you received when you signed up.
