A .zip/.rar file contains a group of files that have been compressed and easier to share.

To extract (or 'unzip') the files, first save the .zip onto your computer then right click and select 'Extract Files...'. An extract wizard will pop up and guide you through the process.

Please note: Some school servers don't allow you to download .zip files. Please contact your IT department to check you have permission if you are having trouble downloading.
